Looking to triple online sales, one retailer returned to an experienced partner

Challenge: When a leading jewelry retailer set out to triple its online revenue in just three years, they knew where to turn. On previous projects, partnering with dgroup unlocked significant sales growth for the company. So they chose dgroup again for our strategic guidance as well as our strong operational know-how. Approach: Our six-week project kicked off with a discovery phase. The team interviewed key service providers, ran a detailed competitive analysis and reviewed the company’s business needs. Next, we developed a new USP (Unique Selling Proposition) strategy and a roadmap to implementing these measures into the company’s day-to-day operations.

Key results: Success came on many levels. Online revenues grew quickly, spurred on by enhancements to the customer experience (new features, greater functionality, improved usability). Sales also grew across channels and devices, establishing a foundation for future growth. Finally, the partnership led to greater customer loyalty. It just goes to show, experience pays.
