Four month to build a smarter, more profitable eCommerce experience

Challenge: Customer experience and online marketing are core requirements for digital success, especially for eCommerce stores. When a leading accessories brand looked at their current site, they knew that a carefully designed re-build could drive sales and please their customers. Approach: Our project team took over the running of the online store and gave all existing websites a facelift. Our focus was on improving the customer experience, making it easier for shoppers to buy and enhancing the professional look and feel of the store. We also developed new online marketing strategies to drive more traffic to the new look site. After just four months, our work was complete and the retailer took control of their beautiful new web store.
