- Development and implementation of performance marketing strategies for our customers
- Analysis and valuation of existing online marketing control models
- Selection and control of agencies for SEA, SEO, affiliate and display advertising
- Campaign tracking and strategic management of performance activities of online shops
- Development of analysis methods and online reportings
- Function as contact person for the specialists in the online marketing area
- Collaboration with own departments and external contractors in the e-commerce environment

What you'll bring.
- A degree in business administration, economics, marketing or a comparable qualification
- Min. 3 years of professional experience in performance marketing in an agency or company
- Profound knowledge of professional web analytics tools (e. g. Omniture, Webtrekk, econda, etc.) as well as relevant online KPIs
- Strong analytical skills and a distinct understanding of figures
- Ability to work in a structured, proactive and solution-oriented way
- Motivation, communication skills and team spirit
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office especially Excel and PowerPoint
