About

What are your main tasks?

I am helping our clients to master digital transformation. There in the end it is not so much about tech as about people. That means I communicate a lot, ask a lot, connect a lot, understand circumstances and sometimes explain new concepts.

What is your academical and professional background?

I studied Business Economics focused on banking and later IT-Management. I worked in banks and advised them before I came to dgroup

What really motivates you?

People, Passion, Purpose

Early bird or night owl?

Early Bird. Some of my colleagues do not understand how I can get up that early. But I love the silence in the morning, having my routine (and a lot of breakfast) and starting well prepared into the day.

Which digital product or service would you liked to have created?

I really like how N26 takes the same banking products like all of their competitors and makes them so much better just with usability.

Three books / blogs / podcasts you want to recommend?

Podcasts:

  • On the way to new work
  • PaymentAndBanking FinTech
  • Exponent

Books by:

  • Yuval Noah Harari
  • Simon Sinek
  • Eric Reiss

Blogs:

  • FinanzSzene.de

Where have you lived?

Stuttgart, Chicago, Frankfurt

What do you think about whilst traveling?

Very often traveling is the time when I listen to podcasts and get inspired. So many times I think: “Hey that’s a good thought!”

What have you learned at dgroup?

That culture absolutely eats strategy for breakfast.  It is a combination of many small pieces that makes a big difference.
